As founder and principal consultant of Goodman Consulting, LLC, he specializes in forensic roofing inspections, complex construction defect investigations, large-loss, historic, and specialty property insurance claims, and litigation support. A second-generation roofing professional, Paul’s career began at a young age, directly engaged in repairing roofs, performing inspections, and managing projects long before stepping into executive roles. With dual degrees in Finance and Management from the University of Kentucky and specialized training in Commercial Asset Management from New York University, Paul combines rigorous academic preparation with extensive real-world practice as a practicing residential and commercial General Contractor.

His credentials include certifications from the Tile Roofing Institute, National Slate Association, Ludowici, and OSHA safety training, among many others. Paul is one of only a few Oklahoma contractors certified across all major roofing systems, including slate, tile, metal, and custom specialty assemblies for residential and commercial application.

His professional portfolio includes both building and advising on complex, high-profile projects like the historic re-roofing of Oklahoma’s Governor’s Mansion, intricate restoration projects such as Oklahoma Baptist University’s Raley Chapel, and innovative installations for landmark properties.
